Dwight School Ski + Snowboard Trip

All new and seasoned skiers and snowboarders are welcome to join for an epic trip to Killington Resort in Vermont!

Day 1: Depart Dwight in the afternoon as a school group with teachers and chaperones. Arrive at the Comfort Inn (Rutland, Vermont) by 10pm. Dinner and team bonding at 7pm. Lights out by 11pm.
Day 2: Ski or snowboard at Killington Resort from 8am - 4pm (all day). Dinner and team bonding at 5:30pm. Lights out by 10:30pm.
Day 3: Ski or snowboard at Killington Resort from 8am - 4pm (all day). Depart the resort by 5pm for a return to Dwight School. Arrive at Dwight School by 11pm. Students will communicate with parents about an accurate arrival time.

Pricing INCLUDES:
2 Day Lift Tickets to Killington Ski Resort
2 Nights Lodging at Comfort Inn (Rutland, Vermont) -- Shared Rooms.
2 Breakfasts at the hotel
Dinner on Saturday Night.

Pricing EXCLUDES:
Ski / Snowboard Equipment. If you need to rent, then please refer to "Rental Equipment" on the trip page.
Dinner on Friday Night when en route to Killington from Dwight.
Lunches / Snacks on Saturday + Sunday
Ski / Snowboard Lessons. If you are new rider then it is strongly encouraged that you take a lesson. Participants are required to book lessons in advance. SEE HERE.
Payment is NOT refundable as pricing is based on group needs. If a student needs to cancel his trip, then the students may find another student to replace the paid spot. Mountain Goat Movement will NOT facilitate this process.

Students are responsible for their own rentals. They MUST be purchased in advance. Skis/snowboards can be rented on the Killington website.

I. Clothing (Pack layers!)
Thermals / Base Layers
Sweatshirt(s).
Snow Pants
Snow Jacket
Waterproof gloves
Athletic / Wool socks / Ski socks
Beanies / Warm hat / Buff or Balaclava
Loungewear for the hotel
II. Ski Equipment (In addition to skis, boots, boards, etc.)
Googles (MUST BE WORN)
Helmet (MUST BE WORN)

III. Food + Water
Water bottle(s) or a camelback for the slopes
Electrolytes / Gatorade Mix
Chips, bars, etc.
Lunch is NOT provided so you can either purchase lunch on the slopes, or you can pack in advance of the trip.
IV. Toiletries + Medications
Toothbrush / paste
Soap / Deodorant
Lip Balm for chapped lips
Any medications – please communicate medication needs with chaperones when we depart campus.
